Treatment Planning: Design and execute individualized physical therapy programs focusing on gait re-education, strengthening, and spasticity management.
Education & Support: Provide training and daily living strategies to patients and their caregivers to facilitate safe home exercises and mobility.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside neurologists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to deliver holistic, integrated care.
Progress Tracking: Monitor rehabilitation milestones, adjusting treatment parameters as the patient's condition evolves
Requirements
Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) with a valid state registration or license.
Post-graduate specialization: Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) in Neurology / Neuro physiotherapy.
Proven clinical experience in assessing and managing adult neurological conditions in hospitals, clinics, or specialized rehab centers.
Strong clinical reasoning, patience, and empathetic communication skills
